Bet19 Service
Bet19 Customer Service
Customer service is a vital component with any sportsbook,
especially one with as many bonuses and extra promotions as
Bet19.com. After all, you want to make sure you get every penny youre supposed to and that
everything is on the up and up.
Bet19 Phone Service
The main page has an extremely hot, and I mean H-O-T girl, posing as a
customer service agent. After seeing this, I immediately decided to call their
hotline and request a job application, or maybe just engage in some live talk.
Therefore it was much to my dismay to find that this hot customer service agent
for Bet19.com sounded a lot like a man. And her name was John. Was she helpful, you ask? Very
helpful. She even mentioned that they have an internet chat help as well, which
I found to be speedy and reliable. I thanked her for her time, but I quickly
told her that regardless of how hot she looked in her picture, I couldnt
possibly date a girl who had such a manly voice.
Bet19 Email Service
The email service for Bet19.com is pretty slow. I sent my query on Friday afternoon,
and didnt receive a reply until Saturday night. And this was Friday mind you,
not a busy day like Monday(which is after the football weekend). They answered
my questions, but part of quality is doing things in a timely manner, or so I
was told during my brief stint in customer service. Oh what a horrible job.
However, the point is valid nonetheless, especially when Bet19.com instills time
constrictions on bonus and cross sport parlays. If they take
over twenty four hours to respond, how will you know if you email was ever
received? In the meantime, the deadline could pass and then youre out of house
and home. And a bonus too.
Bet19 Betting Match-up Reports
A major contributor to wagering help is the match-up report.
Bet19.com offers a list of news reports for each major sport, but if you click on one, you
find every bit of news for the past month and a half jumbled together in a big
mess. Its like one of those bell curves, where more people make higher
productivity, but too many people and everyone starts to get in each others
way. Thats the way this news section is. Way too many people. There are also
some navigational issues. First of all, the match-up reports should be listed at
the top of the page, not crammed all the way on the bottom. Second, they have no
link for the NFL. I found that in order to bring up the NFL match-up report, you
first have to click on either the MLB(which still shows a report for Game 4 of
the St. Louis and Boston series) or the NBA report, then check a separate drop
down menu to bring up the playoff matches for this weekend. Doing all this just
to see a report was both very annoying and very suspicious.
